My Top 8 Stock Photography Websites:
1. Pexels
This is my favourite of the websites. You can search photos by popular, category or just by typing a word in.
2. Stocksnap
This one is also a favourite of mine. Search by category, all photos, trending or just search by word.
3. Pikwizard
What I love about this site is that it features images that are not on every other photo website. You can search by keyword or browse photos by trending, latest, views, favourites and downloads.
4. Unsplash
You can search by category, collections or by word.
5. Pixabay
Search photos, illustrations, vector graphics, videos and more!
6. Freely Photos
A Christian website that highlights beautiful clean images. The categories are more limited but it’s definitely my style of photography that I would look for.
7. Iso Republic
Offers 12 categories of free photos including: animals, business, food & drink, nature, technology, travel, architecture, city & urban, landscape, people, textures and various.
8. Negative Space
Search by word or category. Categories include: architecture, art & design, business, food & drink, landscapes, nature, people, sport, technology, transport, travel and typography. I find the photos have a darker filter on them.
9. Burst
Search by new photos, popular collections or business ideas.

Easy-to-use Photo Editing Programs
Once you have these beautiful photos, you need to make an image for your blog or business.I don’t know about you, but I’m not that great with Adobe Photoshop. It’s a bit too complex for me.
I’ve listed two websites that I’ve used with success:
Canva
Canva is the program I use to create all my Pinterest images for my blog. Not only is it easy-to-use, the basic service is FREE.
They offer a variety of free templates or ones that just cost $1 to purchase.
It’s free to sign-up for the basic package and the Work Package is only $12.95 a month.
PicMonkey
PicMonkey used to offer this service for free, although they recently started charging. You can start off with a free 7-day trial to see if you like the program and how it works. For me, it wasn’t as intuitive as Canva, but there are others that swear by it so definitely give it a try.
There is a premium and supremium package available and if you pay for the year upfront there is a larger savings available.
Whatever direction you go, both are reasonably priced and it’s a great investment for your blog to have beautifully created images.
Do you have a stock photography website that you swear by? Let me know.
